多制式区域轨道交通应急资源协同调度优化研究

摘要 随着区域轨道交通的融合发展,各制式轨道交通自成体系、各自为阵的应急管理模式已愈发不能适应轨道交通一体化的发展现状,本文围绕多制式区域轨道交通多应急点-多救援点的应急资源调度问题展开研究。从信息协同、资源共享两个方面,阐述应急资源在区域轨道交通范围内协同调度的流程;考虑应急资源的有限性,借助基于熵权的改进TOPSIS法对多个应急点的优先级进行评价。在此基础上构建调度时间最短、应急成本最低的多目标优化模型,采用限定区间搜索的理想点法进行求解;并以区域轨道交通突发事件为背景,设计算例验证了模型的可行性和算法的科学性。 With the integrated development of regional rail transit,the emergency management mode of each system of rail transit has become increasingly unable to adapt to the development status of rail transit integration.This paper focuses on the emergency resource scheduling problem of multi-system regional rail transit multi-emergency point-multi-rescue point.Firstly,from two aspects of information coordination and resource sharing,the process of emergency resource cooperative scheduling in regional rail transit is expounded.Then,considering the finiteness of emergency resources,the priority of multiple emergency points was evaluated by the improved TOPSIS method based on entropy weight.On this basis,a multi-objective optimization model with the shortest scheduling time and the lowest emergency cost was constructed,and the ideal point method of limited interval search was used to solve the problem.Finally,an example is designed to verify the feasibility of the model and the scientificality of the algorithm with the background of regional rail transit emergencies.
