城际高速铁路通勤服务评价指标体系构建

摘要 随着我国新型城镇化战略、区域协同发展战略、交通强国战略等国家战略的进一步贯彻落实,都市圈和城市群逐步成为我国国民经济发展新的增长极。在跨市域、跨行政边界通勤规模日益扩大的同时,通勤者对于城际高速铁路的通勤需求也在不断增长。目前我国仍然缺乏相关的长距离快速通勤交通运输管理评价体系,本文通过对国内外相关研究和铁路服务标准的深度挖掘以及对我国城际高速铁路通勤现状的调查分析,构建了城际高速铁路通勤服务评价指标体系,包含3个一级指标、11个二级指标、35个三级指标,有助于我国目前城际高速铁路通勤水平的进一步研究和改善我国城际高速铁路通勤现状。 With the further implementation of China's new urbanization strategy,regional coordinated development strategy,transportation power strategy and other national strategies,metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations have gradually become new growth poles for China's national economic development.While the scale of commuting across cities and administrative boundaries is expanding,so is the demand for commuters for intercity high-speed railway.At present,China still lacks a relevant long-distance rapid commuter transportation management evaluation system.Therefore,through the in-depth excavation of relevant research and railway service standards at home and abroad,as well as the investigation and analysis of the current situation of intercity high-speed railway commuting in China,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of intercity high-speed railway commuter service,including 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 35 thirdlevel indicators,which is helpful to further study the current commuting level of intercity high-speed railway in China and improve the current situation of intercity high-speed railway commuting in China.
