服务设计视域下地铁标识导向系统设计

Subway Signage Guidance System Design From the Perspective of Service Design

地铁是城市生活服务优势的直接体现,地铁标识导向系统是高效服务城市地下空间人们出行的关键交通设施,也是人们感受城市高质量服务的重要内容。本文以地铁标识导向系统作为服务设计载体,运用服务设计理念对标识导向系统的高效性、安全性和包容性等方面进行综合分析,提出地铁标识导向系统的色彩、文字及图形符号的优化设计思路。通过天津地铁1号线的标识导向系统作为设计实践案例研究,对其使用服务现状进行多方面对比分析,从无障碍设计角度思考,为优化标识导向系统的服务设计提出建议,使之更好服务城市地下空间的交通出行需求与提高服务质量,为城市地下交通设施发展提供了研究思路与实践依据。

Subway is a direct reflection of the advantages of urban life service.Subway signage guidance system is a key transportation facility to efficiently serve people's travel in the underground space of the city,and also an important content for people to feel the city's high-quality service.Taking the subway sign guidance system as the carrier of service design,this paper comprehensively analyzes the efficiency,safety and inclusiveness of the system by using the concept of service design,and puts forward the optimization design idea of color,text and graphic symbol of the subway sign guidance system.Based on the sign guidance system of Tianjin Metro Line 1 as a case study of design practice,this paper makes a comparative analysis of its service status in various aspects,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the service design of sign guidance system from the perspective of barrier-free design,so as to better serve the transportation needs of urban underground space and improve the service quality.This paper provides research ideas and practical basis for the development of urban underground transportation facilities.
