基于运行数据的冷链运输车辆运行监测指标体系研究

摘要 针对道路冷链运输脱冷断链服务不优、信息化监管薄弱、事中事后监管缺失等问题,研究了我国车辆传感器技术设施发展现状,利用云计算、大数据等信息技术,深入分析我国冷链运输车辆运行大数据的总体特点,全面梳理当前我国冷链运输车辆运行监测的静态数据和动态数据基础。在此基础上,分析各类数据的特点以及关联度,从数据接入、车辆运行、温控服务三个维度建立以车辆运行率、车辆数、运输车次、日均运行时长、日均行驶里程、行驶速度、温控设备安装率、温度合格率、掉线率、异常报警率等为核心的冷链运输车辆运行监测指标体系,确定指标的内涵和统计计算方法,为开展行业运行监测和统计分析提供参考。 In view of the problems such as the poor service of road cold chain transportation,the weak information supervision,and the lack of supervision during and after the event,the paper studies the development status of vehicle sensor technology and facilities in China,uses cloud computing,big data and other information technologies to deeply analyze the overall characteristics of big data of cold chain transport vehicle operation,and comprehensively combs the static data and dynamic data basis of current cold chain transport vehicle operation monitoring in China.On this basis,the paper analyzes the characteristics and correlation of all kinds of data,and establishes a cold-chain transport vehicle operation monitoring index system based on vehicle operation rate,vehicle number,transportation number,average daily operation time,average daily mileage,driving speed,temperature control equipment installation rate,temperature qualification rate,drop-off rate,and abnormal alarm rate from three dimensions of data access,vehicle operation,and temperature control service.Finally,the paper determines the connotation and statistical calculation method of the indicators,providing reference for the future industrial operation monitoring and statistical analysis.
