邹城市农村公路问题及优化对策

Study on Problems and Optimization Countermeasures of Rural Roads in Zoucheng City

农村公路包含县道、乡道和村道,在公路网中数量最多,分布最广,是保障和改善农村民生的基础性、先导性条件,农村公路建设是交通强国建设的重要内容。本文以济宁邹城市为例,结合城市经济社会方面的发展基础分析,全面总结农村公路发展现状及现阶段的相关发展与工作经验,认真梳理目前仍存在的问题与不足,自上而下科学地研判全国、山东省、济宁市层面经济社会与农村公路的发展要求与发展形势,包括交通强国建设、乡村振兴等战略,从路网延伸通达、改造提升、养护管理,特色品牌打造等层面,分别制定全市农村公路体系的优化对策与方案。

Rural roads include county roads and below,with the largest number and widest distribution in the road network,are a basic and leading condition for ensuring and improving rural people's livelihood.Based on the characteristics of Zoucheng's economic and social development,this paper comprehensively summarizes the current situation of rural highway development and relevant work experience,and carefully sort out the existing problems.Scientifically study and judge the development requirements and development situation of the national,Shandong and Jining economic and social and rural roads,including the construction of a powerful transportation country,rural revitalization and other strategies,the paper formulates the optimization plan of the city's rural road system from the aspects of road network extension,transformation and upgrading,maintenance management and brand building.
