摘要
以环氧和聚酯为主体成膜物,添加消泡剂、抗污染助剂、表面调整剂,控制粉末涂料产品的粒度,制备了抗缩孔粉末涂料。讨论了聚酯树脂的胶化时间,消泡剂、抗污染助剂和表面调整剂的用量以及产品粒度对粉末涂料施工过程中工件缩孔的影响。结果表明:选用胶化时间130 s的饱和聚酯作为成膜物,添加1%的消泡剂、0.3%的抗污染助剂和1%的表面调整剂,并控制产品粒度D_(50)在35μm下制备的粉末涂料在基材有致密性缺陷、残留水、油、处理液和残留保护层情况下均具有较好的抗缩孔效果。
The anti-shrinkage powder coating was prepared by using epoxy and polyester as the main film-forming materials,adding defoaming agent,anti-pollution additive and surface conditioning agent,controling the particle size of powder coating products.The influence of the gelation time of polyester resin,the amount of defoamer,anti-pollution additive and surface modifier,and the particle size of the product on the shrinkage of the workpiece during the construction of powder coating were discussed.The results show that the powder coating prepared by using saturated polyester with gelling time of 130 seconds as film-forming material,adding 1%defoamer,0.3%anti-fouling additive and 1%surface modifier,and controlling the particle size D_(50)of the product at 35μm has good anti-shrinkage effect in the case of dense defects,resid ual water,oil,treatment solution and residual protective layer of the substrate.
