巢湖流域防洪新格局方案构建研究

摘要 2020年巢湖发生流域性大洪水,同期遭遇长江高水位,长时间不能自排,导致流域大面积破圩。鉴于巢湖流域现状防洪体系已不能满足经济发展的要求,本文通过典型年洪水分析,按2020年巢湖最恶劣典型年排洪条件,构建巢湖流域“蓄洪、自排、抽排”相结合的综合防洪新格局方案,以保障流域防洪安全。 In 2020,the Chaohu Lake basin experienced a catastrophic watershed flood,coinciding with high water levels in the Yangtze River.The prolonged inability to discharge resulted in widespread breaches of levees and severe flood-related losses in the basin.Recognizing that the current flood control system in the Chaohu Lake basin is inadequate to meet the demands of economic development,this paper conducts an analysis of typical annual floods.Based on the worst-case flood conditions observed in 2020,it proposes a comprehensive flood control plan for the Chaohu Lake basin,combining floodwater retention,natural discharge,and pumping,to ensure flood safety in the region.
