摘要
本文以汛期水体总磷浓度超标严重的武河(山东兰陵段)为例,在流域层面上开展污染源调查,分析总磷超标原因并提出治理措施。根据调查结果分析总磷浓度分布及各排污口总磷排放量贡献比,从而将流域划分为9个单元进行污染源调查,分析总磷超标原因,通过科技赋能、控源截污、超前谋划、健全机制等治理措施实现总磷超标问题的改善。本文从流域层面提出的水体总磷控制措施可为总磷等污染物超标河流的治理与保护提供借鉴。
Taking Wuhe River(Lanling Section in Shandong)as a case study,where the total phosphorus concentration in the water exceeds the standard during the flood season,this paper investigates pollution sources at the watershed level.The aim is to analyze the reasons for excessive total phosphorus and propose countermeasures.Based on the investigation results,the distribution of total phosphorus concentration and the contribution of total phosphorus emissions from each sewage outlet are analyzed.This leads to the division of the watershed into nine units for pollution source investigation,analyzing the reasons for total phosphorus exceeding the standard.Through technological empowerment,source control,interception,proactive planning,and institutional enhancement,these remediation measures are implemented to address the issue of excessive total phosphorus.The water quality control measures proposed at the watershed level in this paper can provide valuable insights for the management and protection of rivers with elevated levels of pollutants such as total phosphorus.
