Research on Water Resources Development and Utilization Strategies in Zhengzhou City

本文从国家、省级宏观背景和郑州市建设国家中心城市需求出发,在对水资源状况、水利工程建设情况进行分析的基础上,以问题、目标双导向进行研究,从充分利用本地水、科学调配长江水、系统利用黄河水等方面,提出郑州市水资源开发利用策略,以优化水资源战略配置格局,提升供水保障能力,为郑州市建成具有显著国际影响力的社会主义现代化国家中心城市提供有力支撑。

This paper,starting from the national and provincial macro background and the demand for building Zhengzhou City as a national central city,conducts research on water resources development and utilization strategies.Based on an analysis of the water resource situation and water conservancy engineering construction situation,the research adopts a dual-oriented approach of identifying problems and setting objectives.It proposes strategies for the development and utilization of water resources in Zhengzhou City,emphasizing the full utilization of local water,scientific allocation of Yangtze River water,and systematic use of Yellow River water.This strategy aims to optimize the pattern of water resource allocation,enhance water supply security capabilities,and provide strong support for the construction of Zhengzhou City as a socialist modern national central city with significant international influence.
