利用数据属性建立企业卫生健康信息(数据)标准体系研究

Research on Establishing the Standards System of Enterprise Health Information(Data)by Data Attributes

由于卫生健康软件企业难以知晓和掌握卫生信息数据元的增加、更新和修订,卫生健康软件企业跟踪卫生健康信息标准的变化并执行是一件极为困难的事情。反之,卫生健康企业按卫生信息标准建立企业自己的信息(数据)标准体系相对比较容易。本文尝试利用数据本身属性建立企业自己的卫生健康信息(数据)标准体系,如数据元目录及其元数据标准、数据元值域代码、数据集(子集)以及与卫生行业信息标准的对照体系,既满足企业自身研发应用软件需要,又为执行国家卫生信息标准找到了可行的方法。

Because it is difficult for health software enterprises to know and master the increase,update and revision of health information data elements,it is extremely difficult for health software companies to track changes in health information standards and implement them.On the contrary,it is relatively easy for health enterprises to establish their own information(data)standards system according to the criteria of health information standards.This paper tries to establish an enterprise’s own standards system of health information(data)by using the attributes of data itself,for example,the data element catalogue and its metadata standards,data element range code,data set(subset)and comparison system of health industry information standards,which can satisfy the development needs of an enterprise,and find a feasible method for implementing the national health information standards.
