磁力加热搅拌器转速测量标准方法研究

摘要 为了控制好特殊液体介质的加热混匀搅拌,现已通过对磁力加热搅拌器搅拌子的工作方式进行分析,对比两种不同方式转速准确度的测试,试图找出影响转速测量结果的不确定度因素,并将其进行适度量化。结果发现对搅拌子直接测量的不确定度因素影响较小,是转速参数的较佳测量方法,适于日常的量值溯源,从而为计量及日常使用提供标准参考。 In order to control the heating,mixing and stirring of special liquid media well,an analysis is conducted on the working mode of the magnetic heating stirrer,and two different methods of speed accuracy testing are compared.An attempt is made to identify the uncertainty factors that affect the speed measurement results and quantify them appropriately.The results show that the uncertainty factor in direct measurement of the stirrer has a relatively small impact,making it a better measurement method for rotational speed parameters and suitable for daily traceability of measurement values,thus providing a standard reference for metrology and daily use.
