负载持续率对手工弧焊机空闲损耗的控制研究

摘要 焊接是一种常见的金属连接方法,焊接过程中会产生大量的损耗,焊接结束后也会产生空闲损耗。本文旨在研究焊接负载持续率对焊机空闲损耗的有效控制,以优化焊接过程,降低焊接空闲损耗,提高焊接质量。文章依据标准GB 28736—2019的试验方法对焊接电流500 A以下的手工弧焊机进行试验验证,通过固定焊接周期对焊接时间进行调整,最终得出10分钟为一周期的手工弧焊机在保证正常焊接质量前提下在63%~64%负载持续率时一分钟的平均空闲损耗获得最低值。 Welding is a common method of joining metals,which generates a large amount of losses during the welding process and idle losses at the end of welding.The purpose of this paper is to study the effective control of the welding load duration rate on the idle loss of the welding machine,in order to optimize the welding process,reduce the welding idle losses and improve the welding quality.Based on the test method in GB 28736-2019,this paper carries out the experimental verification for manual arc welding machine with a welding current of 500 A or less,adjusts the welding time byfixing the welding cycle,and ultimately concludes that under the premise of guaranteeing the normal quality of welding,manual arc welding machine with 10 minutes as a cycle obtains the lowest value for average idle losses in a minute with the 63%~64%load duration rate.
