标准化管理在医学检验中应用的探索

Exploration of Application of Standardized Management in Medical Examination

现代医学发展已经进入到精准化、个性化时代,近年来随着医学科学技术的不断进步和临床医学的迅猛发展,检验医学也得到了前所未有的大突破和大发展。在临床应用中,医学检验为临床诊断提供了强有力的支持。随着医疗体系质量认证的日益完善,医院检验科的管理也越来越规范化、标准化,但仍然存在许多瓶颈需要突破。本文以医学检验科标准化建设为出发点,从医学检验实验室标准化管理,医学检验实验室待检样本的全流程标准化管理,实验室安全防护的标准化管理三个方面对标准化管理在医学检验中应用进行研究分析,提出了医学检验实验室标准化管理建设的建议,旨在为医学检验实验室标准化建设提供参考。

The development of modern medicine has entered the era of precision and individuation.In recent years,with the continuous progress of medical science and technology and the rapid development of clinical medicine,laboratory medicine has also received unprecedented breakthroughs and great development.In clinical application,medical laboratory has provided strong support for clinical diagnosis.With the improvement of the quality certification of medical system,the management of the hospital laboratory is becoming more and more standardized,but there are still many bottlenecks to be broken through.Taking the standardization construction of medical laboratory as the starting point,this paper studies and analyzes the application of standardization management in medical laboratory in three aspects:standardization management of medical laboratory,standardization management of the whole process of samples to be tested in medical laboratory,and standardization management of laboratory safety protection,and puts forward suggestions on standardization management construction of medical laboratory to provide reference for the standardization construction of medical laboratory.
