Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Moxifl oxacin Hydrochloride Tablets

目的:分析盐酸莫西沙星片致不良反应的原因和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集国家药品不良反应监测系统内的盐酸莫西沙星片所致的药品不良反应报告,并检索相关的文献资料,进行分析研究。结论:加强盐酸莫西沙星片的不良反应监测研究,做好上市前的药理毒理分析和药物试验并进一步完善药品说明书警示内容,规范临床用药。

Objective:To analyze the causes and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets,and promote rational clinical medication.Methods:Adverse drug reaction reports caused by moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets in the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System are collected,and relevant literature materials are searched for analysis and research.Conclusion:It is useful to strengthen the monitoring and research of adverse reactions of moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets,conduct the pharmacological and toxicological analysis and drug testing before marketing,and further improve the warning content of drug instructions to standardize clinical medication.
