标准化团体心理护理对炎症性肠病患者负性情绪的影响

摘要 目的:分析标准化团体心理护理对炎症性肠病患者负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月兰州大学第二医院200例炎症性肠病患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(标准化团体心理护理),对比干预效果。结果:干预后,与对照组相比,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分更低(P<0.05),自我管理行为、生活质量、护理满意度方面评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化团体心理护理在炎症性肠病患者护理中应用效果明显,不仅可以减轻患者负面情绪,提高患者自我行为管理能力,同时有助于提高护理满意度及改善生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized group psychological nursing on negative emotions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:200 patients with inflammatory bowel disease in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(standardized group psychological nursing)by random number table method to compare the intervention effect.Results:After the intervention,the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease monitoring,emotion management,daily life management,exercise management,medication management,emotional function,intestinal symptoms,social function,systemic symptoms and satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized group psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with inflammatory bowel disease has obvious effect,which can not only reduce patients’negative emotions,improve patients’self-behavior management ability,but also help to improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
