标准化护理在骨科护理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Standardized Nursing in Orthopedic Nursing

目的:分析在骨科病房护理中应用标准化护理的效果。方法:选取上海市嘉定区中医医院骨科病房的108位骨科患者作为研究对象,随机将108位骨科患者分为观察组和对照组两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施标准化护理,对两组患者的并发症发生情况及护理满意度进行评估。结果:对照组的患者并发症的发生率明显高于观察组的患者,对照组对于护理的满意程度明显低于观察组。结论:将标准化护理应用在骨科病房护理干预措施中,可以明显减少并发症的发生,患者对护理人员工作的满意度大幅提升,减少了医患纠纷的风险,值得在临床上进行应用和推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of applying standardized nursing in orthopedic ward nursing.Methods:108 orthopedic patients from the orthopedic ward of Shanghai Jiading District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received standardized nursing.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of both groups of patients were evaluated.Results:The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the satisfaction with nursing in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group.Conclusion:Applying standardized nursing to nursing interventions in orthopedic wards can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications,significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff,and reduce the risk of doctor-patient disputes.It is worth applying and promoting in clinical practice.
