宝钢3号高炉本体强化维护开炉操作实践

摘要 介绍了宝钢股份炼铁厂3号高炉本体强化维护开炉操作实践。在停炉不放残铁,采用挖掘机清理炉缸残留物至铁口中心线,更换部分铸铁冷却壁和炉缸碳砖修复的情况下,开炉操作既沿用宝钢传统开炉操作经验,又借鉴、优化国内同行采用铁口埋氧枪、堵风口送风等新的操作方法,取得了整个过程安全、稳定、顺行,无减风、首次铁炉温较好的良好实绩,从而为国内同行相关操作提供一定借鉴。 The operation practice of intensive maintenance of the No.3 blast furnace in the Baosteel iron-making plant was introduced.In the case of stopping the furnace without discharging the residual iron,using the excavator to clean the residue in the hearth to the center line of the iron mouth,replacing some cast iron cooling walls,and repairing the hearth carbon bricks,the operation of blowing-in not only follows the traditional furnace blowing-in operation experience of Baosteel,but also draws on and optimizes the new operation methods of domestic counterparts,such as iron mouth buried oxygen gun and the air supply through the blocking outlet so that the whole process is safe,stable and smooth,no air reduction,and the first iron furnace temperature is good,so as to provide some reference for domestic counterparts related operations.
