摘要
超融合技术是传统企业ERP、MES、大数据等应用的理想选择,但在生产制造企业的控制系统中尚未得到广泛应用。通过钢铁企业过程控制系统改造项目实践,讨论了在智慧制造背景下信息与控制技术应用的关键需求要素,分析了超融合技术与传统技术对比的优势和劣势,设计了不同需求下超融合系统的硬件及网络架构。通过测试不同场景下的技术指标和业务连续性,验证了架构设计的合理性;最后结合工程实践总结出超融合技术在经济性、安全性、可扩展性等方面需要注意的问题。
Hyper-convergence is an ideal choice for traditional enterprise applications such as ERP,MES,and big data,but it has not yet been widely applied in the process control systems of manufacturing enterprises.Through the practice of the process control system transformation project in iron and steel enterprises,the key requirements for the application of information and control technology in the context of intelligent manufacturing were discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of hyper-convergence technology compared to traditional technology were analyzed,the hardware architecture of the system was designed,network architecture options based on different network security requirements were provided,and the rationality of architecture design by testing technical indicators and business continuity in different scenarios was verified.Finally,the problems that need attention in the aspects of economy,security and scalability of hyper-convergence technology based on engineering practice were summarized.
