摘要
2021年梅钢4号烧结使用梅山精矿的比例高达19%,高梅山精矿配比造成混匀制粒效果差,混合料透气性差,烧结利用系数低。为改善制粒效果,从配料管理、制粒设备、加水控制方式、混合料水分等方面进行改进。改进后,4号烧结混合料的粒度组成改善明显,其中混合料<1 mm比例下降7.82%,>3 mm比例提高13.13%,平均粒度从3.39 mm提高至3.94 mm;利用系数为1.275 t/(m^(2)·h),比2020年提高了0.134 t/(m^(2)·h)。
In 2021,the proportion of Meishan concentrate used in Meigang No.4 sintering reached 19%.The high proportion of Meishan concentrate resulted in poor mixing and granulation effect,poor permeability of the mixture,and low sintering utilization coefficient.In order to improve the granulation effect,Meigang No.4 sintering has made improvements in the aspects of ingredient management,granulation equipment,water addition control method,and mixed material moisture.After the improvements,the particle size composition of the No.4 sintering mixture has significantly improved,with a decrease of 7.82% in the proportion of mixture<1 mm and an increase of 13.13% in the proportion of mixture>3 mm.The average particle size has increased from 3.39 mm to 3.94 mm.The utilization coefficient of No.4 sintering in 2021 was 1.275 t/(m^(2)·h),which was 0.134 t/(m^(2)·h)higher than that in 2020.
