特殊螺纹接头密封性能数值仿真分析

摘要 运用有限元仿真方法,通过建立简化半尺寸模型研究了Φ88.90 mm×6.45 mm规格特殊螺纹接头密封结构在不同过盈量、材料和温度下密封性能的变化。数值分析结果表明:不同密封面公差过盈量下的接头接触压力积分值比较情况为L-L>N-N>H-H;不同材料的接触压力积分值比较情况为13Cr-110>110S>N80Q;不同温度下,室温下接触压力积分值略高于高温下接触压力积分值。 Using the finite element simulation method,the influence of the interference,material and temperature of the sealing surface on the sealing performance of the Φ88.90 mm×6.45 mm size premium connection was studied by establishing a half-size model.The results of the numerical analysis show that the comparison of the joint contact pressure integral values under different sealing surface tolerances is as follows:L-L>N-N>H-H.The comparison of contact pressure integral values of different materials is as follows:13Cr-110>110S>N80Q.At different temperatures,the integral value of contact pressure at room temperature is slightly higher than that at high temperatures.
