摘要
热处理行业排放的废气有害成份复杂,包含盐蒸汽、油蒸汽、油烟、碳黑和粉尘,同时可能存在残余氨气(NH_(3))、氮氧化合物(NOx)和硫化物等有毒有害气体。由于这些有害成份的存在,如果不进行有效的分离,极易引发管道火灾、排放颗粒物超标和有毒有害成份超标等危害安全和环保的问题。而常规的烟尘净化设备难以同时处理这些有害成份,亚捷科技(唐山)股份有限公司研发的阻火型烟尘净化系统由于设备自身的特点,完全适用于热处理废气的处理,并在热处理行业得到了成功的应用。
The harmful ingredients of the exhaust gas in the heat treatment industry are complex,which including salt steam,oil steam,carbon black,dust,and there may be residual ammonia(NH_(3)),nitrogen oxides(NOx),sulfides and other toxic and harmful gases.If these harmful ingredients can not be removed before the discharge of exhaust gas,it is easy to cause pipeline fire,particulate matter exceeding the standard,toxic and harmful ingredients exceeding the standard and other problems that not conducive to safety and environmental protection.However,conventional soot purification equipment is difficult to deal with these harmful ingredients at the same time.The flame-retardant flue gas purification system developed by Yajie Technology(Tangshan)Co.,Ltd.,is completely suitable for the purification of heat treatment exhaust gas,and has been successfully applied in the heat treatment industry.
