摘要
制件清洗是热处理过程的一道工序,在实际工作中常因清洗不当而导致质量问题的发生。在化学热处理前清洗不干净,导致后期渗层不均匀;盐炉淬火后制件表面残余的盐清洗不彻底,导致制件腐蚀;淬火冷却过程中因清洗时机不当,导致制件开裂;清洗不彻底污染设备导致后期表面处理发花。对此分析了产生故障的各种原因,并制定了意识教育、文件控制和技术改进这三方面措施,通过提升全员的质量意识、制度管控和自动清洗设备的应用,规范热处理过程的清洗环节,避免质量问题的出现。
Cleaning of parts is a process of heat treatment,and improper cleaning often leads to quality problems in practical work.Incomplete cleaning before chemical heat treatment leads to uneven infiltration layer in the later stage.The residual salt on the surface of the workpiece after salt furnace quenching is not thoroughly cleaned,resulting in corrosion of the workpiece.During the quenching and cooling process,improper cleaning timing resulted in cracking of the workpiece.Incomplete cleaning can contaminate the equipment and cause discoloration in subsequent surface treatment.The various reasons for the malfunction are analyzed and the three measures of awareness education,document control and technical improvement have been formulated.By enhancing the quality awareness of all employees,implementing system control and the application of automatic cleaning equipment,the cleaning process of the heat treatment process has been standardized to avoid quality problems.
