Digital Resilience:EssentialElements for College Students in a Risk Society

数字韧性是个体在遭遇数字技术风险时吸收干扰,规避、消解外在冲击和应激源的负面影响的风险管理能力,是风险社会下大学生必备的元素养。从风险社会视角,沿着信息—观念—价值—行为这一逻辑链分析了在数字社会中大学生面临的风险危机,剖析了数字韧性RARC特征和MI-AR-FR-PI框架,并依据特征和框架提出学校场域中抗逆、因应、复原、反弹的数字韧性提升路向,以期促进大学生健康合理地利用技术以适应数字社会。

Digital resilience is the risk management ability of individuals to absorb interference,avoid and eliminate negative impacts from external shocks and stressors when encountering digital technology risks.It is an essential element of nurturing for college students in a risk society.The article analyzes the risk crisis faced by college students in the digital society from the perspective of risk society,along the logical chain of information-concept-value-behavior.It analyzes the characteristics of digital resilience RARC and the MI-AR-FR-PI framework,and proposes the path to improve digital resilience in the school field through resistance,adaptation,recovery,and rebound based on these characteristics and frameworks,in order to promote the healthy and reasonable use of technology by college students to adapt to the digital society.
