挤压变形对5083无缝管显微组织与力学性能的影响

摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、室温拉伸实验分析了5083无缝管不同位置的显微组织与力学性能,研究了无缝管挤压的不均匀变形对显微组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:无缝管挤压的不均变形对显微组织有显著的影响,表层为完全再结晶组织,T/4和T/2位置以变形组织为主,只发生部分动态再结晶;外侧T/4和中心T/2位置的织构类型基本一致,外侧T/4位置的织构强度显著高于中心T/2位置;T/4和T/2位置的拉伸力学性能基本一致。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 5083 seamless tube at different positions were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and room temperature tensile test.The influence of non-uniform deformation due to extrusion on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied.Experimental results show that the non-uniform deformation of seamless tube extrusion has significant influence on the microstructure,the surface layer is completely recrystallized,the T/4 and T/2 positions are dominated by deformed structures and show partial dynamic recrystallization,the texture types of T/4 and T/2 positions are basically the same,the texture strength at T/4 position is significantly higher than that at T/2,the tensile mechanical properties of T/4 and T/2 positions are basically the same.
