羊肚菌生物学特性及栽培技术研究进展

羊肚菌(Morchella)是一类珍贵的食药用菌,其栽培技术发展迅猛,生产规模不断扩大。本文对近年来羊肚菌在种质资源、生物学特性以及栽培技术等3个方面的最新研究进展进行综述。最新研究主要集中在栽培技术优化和生产应用方面,特别是营养袋配方的研究十分突出。通过不断改进完善栽培模式,创造适宜于羊肚菌生长发育的小气候环境条件,使人工栽培技术得到进一步提高和发展。通过对最新研究的总结,可为我国羊肚菌产业可持续发展提供一定的参考。

Morchella was a kind of precious edible mushroom.Cultivation technology of Morchella developed rapidly in recent years.And there was continuous expansion in production scale.The latest research progress in germplasm resources,biological characteristics,and cultivation techniques of Morchella in recent years were reviewed.Optimization of cultivation techniques and applications,especially the formulas of nutrient bags,were the main focuses.The improvement of the cultivation mode made the artificial cultivation technologies better,creating suitable microclimatic environmental conditions.Review of the latest researches was helpful to further researches on Morchella and provided reference for the sustainable development of industry in China.
