学生自治视角下的高校学生社区建设在推动学生全面发展方面具有重要意义。研究通过深入探讨高校一站式学生社区建设的现实困境,提出一系列在微观、中观和宏观层面的建设路径,以推动高校一站式学生社区建设的全面发展。在微观层面,强调激发学生内在动力和潜能的重要性;在中观层面,提倡构建师生和谐的生态系统;在宏观层面,建议完善以学生为中心的培养体系。研究旨在为高校教育改革和构建更加活跃、有创新性的一站式学生社区建设提供新的思路和实践方案。

Under the perspective of student autonomy, the construction of university student communities is of great significance in promoting comprehensive student development. By delving into the practical challenges of building a comprehensive student community in higher education, this paper proposes a series of construction paths at micro, intermediate, and macro levels to promote the comprehensive development of one-stop student community construction in colleges and universities. At the micro level, the importance of stimulating students' intrinsic motivation and potential is emphasized;At the intermediate level, the paper advocates for the construction of a harmonious ecosystem between teachers and students;At the macro level, it is suggested to improve the student-centered training system. This research aims to provide new ideas and practical solutions for higher education reform and the construction of a more active and innovative one-stop student community.
