摘要
研究了离心式压缩机马氏体不锈钢材质三元流叶片的热压成形工艺,针对1400 mm直径叶轮的大叶片制定了叶片热压成形工艺流程,并进行了模具设计、成形过程中的侧向定位设计、导向机构设计与加热设计。随后使用FORGE软件对叶片热压成形过程进行了仿真分析,预测了叶片成形所需设备的吨位、模具贴合时叶片与模具的间隙,并根据计算结果完善设计方案。最后对设计方案进行试验压形,得到了最大形状误差小于1 mm的叶片,验证了文中压形方法的可行性。
This paper studies the hot press forming process of martensitic stainless steel three-dimensional flow blade of centrifugal compressor.The hot pressing process of the blade is developed for the large blade of 1400 mm diameter impeller,and the die,lateral positioning,guiding mechanism and heating process are designed.Then the blade hot pressing process is simulated by FORGE software,the tonnage of the blade forming equipment and the gap between the blade and the die are predicted,and the design scheme is improved according to the calculation results.Finally,the blade with the maximum shape error less than 1 mm is obtained through the experiment,which verifies the feasibility of this method.
