塑胶跑道用聚氨酯粉末胶粘剂的配比优化及性能研究

摘要 针对传统体育塑胶跑道用胶粘剂易挥发,造成环境污染的问题,提出一种环保型聚氨酯粉末胶粘剂的制备。对聚氨酯粉末胶粘剂的配比进行优化,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,预聚体软段和硬段质量比为3.0∶1,—NCO基团与—OH基团的摩尔比(R值)为1.17,分散液为纳米级聚氟化乙烯丙烯分散液,通过三乙醇胺进行中和后,制备的聚氨酯粉末胶粘剂性能最佳,此时聚氨酯粉末胶粘剂施胶温度为85℃,初期剥离强度为70.4 N/cm,后期剥离强度为124 N/cm,拉伸强度为7.2 MPa,撕裂强度为11.8 MPa,伸长率为110%,硬度为50 HA,回弹率为38%,各项指标均满足GB 36246—2018标准要求,可以在体育塑胶跑道发挥作用。 In response to the problem of environmental pollution caused by the volatile solvent of traditional sports plastic track adhesives,a preparation of environmentally friendly polyurethane powder adhesive is proposed.The experiment first optimized the ratio of polyurethane powder adhesive,and then studied its performance.The experimental results showed that the mass ratio of soft and hard segments of the prepolymer was 3.0∶1,the molar ratio(R value)of—NCO group to—OH group was 1.17,and the dispersion was a nanoscale polyfluoroethylene propylene dispersion.After neutralization with triethylamine,the polyurethane powder adhesive prepared had the best performance.At this time,the application temperature of the polyurethane powder adhesive was 85℃,the initial peel strength was 70.4 N/cm,the later peel strength was 124 N/cm,and the tensile strength was 7.2 MPa,The tear strength is 11.8 MPa,the elongation is 110%,the Shore A hardness is 50,and the rebound rate is 38%.All indicators meet the requirements of GB 36246—2018 standard and can play a role in sports plastic tracks.
