展陈空间用新功能涂料研发与综合性能测试研究

Research and developmemt and comprehensive performance testing of new functional coatings for exhibition space

针对传统内墙装饰涂料施工存在的问题,提出一种展陈空间用新型功能性艺术涂料的制备。对艺术涂料的配比进行优化,并对其性能进行测试。结果表明,乳液为EC07090型聚合物乳液,添加量为25%;成膜剂为尼龙酸酯混合物;功能填料为5019(70%)+C180(30%);疏水剂为6840,用量为1%时制备的涂料性能最佳。以此配比制备的涂料基础性能满足T/SD TL 02—2020《建筑用薄涂型艺术涂料》标准;环保性能满足JG/T 481—2015水性内墙涂覆材料标准;施工性能满足企业应用技术部门制定的相关标准,表现出良好的综合性能。由此得出,试验制备的涂料可满足展陈空间的内墙装修需求。

Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of traditional interior wall decorative coatings,preparation of a new type of functional artistic coating for exhibition spaces was proposed.The ratio of artistic coatings was optimized,and their performance was tested.The results showed that the performance of prepared coating was the best when the emulsion was a EC07090-type polymer emulsion with 25%addition amount,the film forming agent was a nylon ester mixture,the functional filler was 5019(70%)+C180(30%),and the hydrophobic agent was 6840 with 1%dosage.The basic performance of the coating prepared by this ratio met the standard of T/SD TL02—2020“Thin-painted Art Paint for Architecture”,the environmental performance met the standard of JG/T 481—2015 water-based interior wall coating materials,and the construction performance met the relevant standards formulated by the application technology department of the enterprise,showing good comprehensive performance.In conclusion,the coatings prepared in the test can meet the needs of the interior wall decoration of the exhibition space.
