摘要
油中水分监测是实现油库工艺中油品健康评估、状态预警、故障诊断、智能维护的重要途径。因此提出了一种智能化测量管控系统,该智能化测量系统利用水分比油消耗更多的微波能量的原理,借助传感器可实现油中水分含量的无损测量。试验结果表明,该系统可测量油品中水分含量为0.01%~0.8%,单次检测绝对误差小于±0.05%,10次检测平均检测绝对误差小于±0.02%。研究有助于无损检测油品中水分含量,为油库中油品质量监督提供参考。对于智能化信息融合的现代油库中油品的诊断与预测具有重要价值和广阔的工程应用前景。
Moisture monitoring in oil is an important way to achieve health assessment,status warning,fault diagnosis,and intelligent maintenance of oil products in oil depot processes.Therefore,an intelligent measurement system was proposed,which used the principle that water consumes more microwave energy than oil,and realized non-destructive measurement of water content in oil with the help of sensors.The experimental results indicated that the system could measure the moisture content of oil in the oil depot at 0.01%~0.8%,the absolute error of a single test was less than±0.05%,and the average absolute error of 10 tests was less than±0.02%.This study contributes to non destructive testing of water content in oil products and provides reference for quality supervision of oil products in oil depots.It is of great value and broad engineering application prospect for the diagnosis and prediction of oil products in modern oil depots with intelligent information fusion.
