ADSS光缆电腐蚀模拟实验与改进对策

摘要 全介质自乘式(ADSS)光缆使用特殊性质绝缘材料,并且逐渐成为主要光缆类型。在ADSS应用过程中会出现电腐蚀的情况,以对电腐蚀问题进行预防和解决,针对导致电腐蚀的因素进行分析,研究了ADSS光缆电腐蚀的问题,通过模拟正常到极端高电压环境进行现场运行试验,发现了与电晕放电和干带电弧放电不同的电腐蚀原因,并提出了相应的对策,通过试验验证了防范措施的有效性,可使ADSS光缆断缆故障频率得到降低。 All-medium self-multiplication(ADSS)optical cable uses special insulation materials and gradually becomes the main type of optical fiber.In the process of ADSS application,electrical corrosion may occur.To prevent and solve the problem of electrical corrosion,the factors that cause electrical corrosion were analyzed,and the problem of electrical corrosion in ADSS optical cables was studied.Through simulating normal to extreme high voltage environments for on-site operation tests,different causes of electrical corrosion from corona discharge and dry strip arc discharge were discovered,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The effectiveness of preventive measures has been verified through experiments,which can reduce the frequency of ADSS cable breakage faults.
