情景模拟教学方法在消化道出血实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨情景模拟教学方法在消化道出血实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取嘉兴学院医学院2018级五年制临床医学专业40名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20名学生。试验组学生采用情景模拟教学方法,对照组学生采用传统教学方法。实习教学结束后,对两组学生进行理论知识、实践能力考核和教学满意度问卷调查,以此评价不同教学方法的应用效果。结果 在理论知识考核方面,试验组学生[(36.4±4.5)分]和对照组学生[(34.5±4.6)分]基础理论题成绩比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组学生[(42.8±2.9)分]和对照组学生[(37.5±2.6)分]案例分析题成绩比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在实践能力考核方面,试验组学生成绩总分[(37.6±2.3)分]高于对照组学生[(30.9±2.0)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生教学满意度评价总分[(94.8±2.3)分]高于对照组学生[(88.5±2.1)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 在消化道出血实习教学中,情景模拟教学方法有助于提高学生的临床诊疗能力、医患沟通能力和学习兴趣,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 40 students of Grade 2018 majoring five-year clinical medicine of Jiaxing University School of Medicine were selected.All students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The experimental group was taught with situational simulation teaching method,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After internship,the teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical test,clinical skills assessment and teaching satisfaction questionnaire surveys.Results In terms of theoretical test,the difference in basic theoretical assessment scores between the two groups[(36.4±4.5)vs.(34.5±4.6)]hadn t statistically significant(P>0.05).The experimental group had obvious advantages in case analysis questions[(42.8±2.9)vs.(37.5±2.6)],and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.001).In terms of clinical skills assessment,the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(37.6±2.3)vs.(30.9±2.0)],and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.001).Finally,the questionnaire results showed that students in experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching method than in the control group[(94.8±2.3)vs.(88.5±2.1)],and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions In the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal bleeding,the situational simulation teaching method is helpful to improve students clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,physician-patient communication ability and learning interest,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
