功能康复训练联合肌痛点针刺疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with myalgia point acupuncture therapy on knee osteoarthritis

目的 研究功能康复训练联合肌痛点针刺疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果,为膝关节患者临床康复提供科学依据。方法 选取2020年6月至2020年12月浙江省杭州市萧山区中医院康复科诊治的84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为联合组、肌痛点针刺组和功能康复组,每组均为28例患者。联合组患者给予肌痛点针刺疗法和功能康复训练联合治疗,肌痛点针刺组患者给予肌痛点针刺疗法,功能康复组患者给予功能康复训练。4周治疗之后,比较三组患者膝关节VAS (visual analogue scale)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和3 m起-站计时走时间测试。结果 经过相应治疗后,联合组患者膝关节VAS评分、3 m起-站计时走时间均低于肌痛点针刺组和功能康复组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);同时,联合组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分和功能康复训练效果均高于肌痛点针刺组和功能康复组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 功能康复训练联合肌痛点针刺疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture at myalgia points on knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 84 patients with knee osteoarthritis who admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation,Xiaoshan District Hospital of TCM of Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into myoalgia acupuncture group(n=28),functional rehabilitation group(n=28)and combined group(n=28)by random number table method.Patients in the myoalgia acupuncture group were given myalgia points acupuncture therapy,patients in the functional rehabilitation group were given functional rehabilitation training,and patients in the combined group were given myalgia point acupuncture therapy and functional rehabilitation training.After 4 weeks,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of joint pain,Lysholm knee function score and the 3-meters starting-standing-walking time test of the three groups were compared.Results The VAS and the 3-meters starting-standing-walking time in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the myoalgia acupuncture group and functional rehabilitation group(all P<0.05),and the Lysholm knee function score and clinical rehabilitation effect in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the myoalgia acupuncture group and functional rehabilitation group(all P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusions Functional rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture at myalgia points has a significant effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
