摘要
研究生思想政治教育承担着培养造就大批德才兼备的高层次人才的重要职责使命。针对研究生思想政治教育的新形势、新要求和新任务,梳理了影响研究生思想政治教育质量的内外因素,创建了“党建引领—自我认知—自我提升—自我实现”的研究生思想政治教育质量提升路径。结合中南大学冶金工程一流学科研究生培养实践,认为应强化研究生社会贡献度的目标导向,形成党建引领、思政贯穿的高标准培养体系,充分发挥研究生党支部战斗堡垒作用,以实现研究生思想政治教育质量提升和培养造就大批有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。
The ideological and political education of graduate students bears the important responsibility and mission of cultivating a large number of high-level talents with both morality and talent.In view of the new situation,new requirements and new tasks of graduate ideological and political education,this paper sorts out the internal and external influencing factors,and establishes the path of improving the quality of graduate ideological and political education of“the guidance of Party Construction—self-cognition—self-improvement—self-realization”.Combined with the practice of postgraduate training in the first-class discipline of metallurgical engineering in Central South University,it is believed that it is necessary to strengthen the goal orientation of graduate students'social contribution degree,form a high-standard training system with the guidance of Party construction and ideological and political penetration,give full play to the role of graduate Party branch as a fighting fortress,so as to improve the quality of graduate students'ideological and political education and cultivate a large number of new people with ideals,abilities and responsibilities.
