摘要
习近平职业教育观系统回答了为何、是何及如何“办好职业教育”的问题,以“基础工程”“同等重要”的战略地位,“前景广阔”“大有可为”的价值功能,“德育为先”“服务导向”的办学方向,“全面发展”“人人出彩”的培养目标,“类型发展”“三协三融”的体系道路,“文化熏染”“格局开放”的环境生态为主要内容,蕴含着丰富的先进性、人本性、生产性、科学性、实践性理念。贯彻落实习近平职业教育观,需要从面向人人、成就人人、适合人人、发展人人、吸引人人出发,坚定党的领导以找准职业教育方向,坚守育人规格以确保职业教育成效,推动职普协调以扩大职业教育选择,深化产教融合以提高职业教育质量,改善社会环境以提升职业教育声誉。
Xi Jinping's vocational education concept systematically answers the questions of why,what,and how to “run vocational education well”,with a strategic position of “basic engineering” and “equally important”,a value function of “broad prospects” and “great potential”,a school direction of “moral education first” and “service orientation”,an education goal of “all-round development” and “everyone is brilliant”,a system path of “typified development” and “three collaborations and three types of integration”,and a system ecology of “cultural influence” and “open pattern” are the main contents,which contains rich ideas of progressiveness,human nature,production,science and practice.To implement this conceptual system,it is necessary to start from facing everyone,achieving everyone,being suitable for everyone,developing everyone,and attracting everyone.We need to strengthen the leadership of the Party,adhere to the standards of education goals,promote the coordination of vocational and general education,deepen the integration of industry and education to ensure the quality of vocational education,and improve the social environment to enhance the reputation of vocational education.
