摘要
为适应炼油行业油品结构调整的趋势,降低企业柴汽比,提高企业市场竞争力,某炼化企业尝试通过少量改造,利用中国石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司开发的催化柴油选择性加氢转化技术(FD2G),在高压蜡油加氢裂化装置加工高芳烃含量的劣质催化柴油。生产出硫含量<0.50 mg/kg,氮含量<0.5 mg/kg,研究法辛烷值在92.5以上的高辛烷值清洁汽油调和组分以及硫含量<10.00 mg/kg,十六烷值与原料催化柴油相比增加10个单位的清洁柴油调和组分。
To adapt to the trend of oil product structure adjustment in the refining industry,reducing the diesel-to-gasoline ratio of the enterprise,and promoting enterprise competitiveness,the catalytic diesel selective hydrogenation conversion technology(FD2G)developed by SINOPEC Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals.This technology is applied in the high-pressure gas oil hydrocracking unit to process low-quality catalytic diesel with high aromatic content.Producing high octane clean gasoline blending components with sulfur content<0.50 mg/kg,nitrogen content<0.5 mg/kg,and research octane number above 92.5,as well as clean diesel blending components with sulfur content less than 10.00 mg/kg and cetane number increased by 10 units compared to raw material catalytic diesel.
