摘要
为研究侧向导管对管道内甲烷爆炸特性的影响,利用数值模拟建立管道模型,通过改变侧向导管的位置、长径比和数量,观察火焰和压力的变化过程,总结出侧向导管对管道内甲烷爆炸影响的规律。研究结果表明:随着侧向导管逐渐远离点火端,压力峰值由22.4 kPa上升到25.2 kPa,相较于无侧向工况,泄放效率由20%下降到10%,泄爆效果逐渐减弱;随着侧向导管长径比的降低,压力峰值由24.3 kPa下降到20.7 kPa,相较于无侧向工况,泄放效率由13.2%上升到26.1%,泄爆效果逐渐增强;随着侧向导管数量的增多,压力峰值由22.4 kPa下降到17.6 kPa,相较于无侧向工况,泄放效率由13.2%上升到26.1%,泄爆效果逐渐增强。
In order to study the effect of the lateral conduit on the methane explosion in the pipeline,a pipeline model is established by numerical simulation.The flame and pressure changes are observed by changing the position,length-diameter ratio and number of the lateral conduit,and the law of the influence of the lateral conduit on the methane explosion in the pipeline is summarized.The results show that with the lateral duct gradually moving away from the ignition end,the peak pressure increases from 22.4 kPa to 25.2 kPa,the blowout efficiency decreases from 20%to 10%,and the blowout effect gradually weakens;with the decrease of the length-diameter ratio of the lateral conduit,the peak pressure decreases from 24.3 kPa to 20.7 kPa,the blowout efficiency increases from 13.2%to 26.1%,and the blowout effect is gradually enhanced.It also shows that the increase of the number of side pipes,the peak pressure decreases from 22.4 kPa to 17.6 kPa,the discharge efficiency increases from 13.2%to 26.1%,and the detonation effect is gradually enhanced.
