摘要
针对传统PID算法实验教学中,算法种类少、参数整定过程不直观、实验教学效果不理想等问题,采用Matlab设计开发了一个PID控制与性能评价仿真实验系统。该系统将PID控制算法进行分类,通过人机交互方式动态调整PID参数,引入性能评价方法对各类PID控制算法进行性能评价,实现控制系统动态系统参数以及对应阶跃响应曲线可视化。实验教学结果表明,该系统人机交互界面友好,系统参数和曲线显示实时性高,系统性能评价客观有效,有利于教师教学讲解和学生的学习理解,教学效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of limited algorithm types,unclear parameter tuning process,and unsatisfactory experimental teaching effect in traditional PID experimental teaching,a simulation experiment system for PID control and performance evaluation is designed and developed by MATLAB.A classification of PID control algorithms is implemented.The PID parameters are dynamically adjusted through human-computer interface.Performance evaluation methods are introduced to evaluate the performance of various PID control algorithms.The dynamic system parameters of the control system and the corresponding step response curve are visualized.Experimental teaching results show that the system’s human-computer interface is user-friendly.The display of system parameters and curves have high real-time performance.The performance evaluation of the system is objective and effective.It is beneficial to the teacher’s teaching explanation and the student’s learning understanding.The teaching effect is positive.
