摘要
人眼看清物体需要满足三个条件:“光”“工作距离”和“对比度”。显微镜是人眼视觉的延伸,但它只能解决“光”和“工作距离”问题,却不能解决“对比度”问题。该问题需要通过生物制片来解决,即在制片过程中,通过染色来获得对比度。显微镜和生物制片相结合的创新性教学,不但丰富了显微镜教学的内容,而且使得显微镜的使用更加完善,同时又培养了学生的动手能力、辩证思维等多方面能力。
Three conditions should be met for the human eye to see objects clearly,i.e.,light,working distance and contrast.Microscope is an extension of human vision,but it can only solve the problems of light and working distance.It cannot solve the problem of contrast which needs to be solved through preparation of biological microscopic specimens,during which a contrast is obtained by staining technique.The innovative teaching method that combines microscopy with preparation of biological microscopic specimens not only enriches the content of microscope teaching,but also improves the use of microscopes.At the same time,it also cultivates students’hands-on ability,dialectical thinking and other abilities.
