科研实验室培养卓越工程师途径探究

摘要 卓越工程师培养计划是国家中长期教育改革的重要内容,旨在培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展的高质量工程技术人才。然而,实验教学中心只能进行基础实验,与培养创新能力要求相差甚远,亟须软硬件更先进的科研实验室通过教研融合深度参与。科研实验室在卓越工程师培养过程中,是培养卓越工程师创新能力和工程能力的重要平台,在培养创新思维、创新能力、工程技能和科研品质方面具有得天独厚的优势。分析了科研实验室的现状和在卓越工程师培养过程中的作用,并在所在学科进行了探索,取得了良好的效果。科研实验室将在培养卓越工程师方面发挥越来越重要的作用。 The outstanding engineer training program is an important part of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan.The purpose is to train a large number of high-quality engineers who possess great innovation ability and adapt to the requirement of economic and social development.However,traditional classroom teaching and basic experiment training are not sufficient for cultivating innovation ability and engineering ability.Research laboratories cannot be ignored in the process of training outstanding engineers,which are important platforms for cultivating excellent engineering ability and innovation ability.They have unique advantages in training innovative thinking,innovative ability,engineering skills and scientific literacy.This paper analyzes the urgent problems to be solved,including the establishment and improvement of the training system,safety guarantee and assessment system.After attempts and explorations in the discipline of martials,some good results have been obtained.The research laboratories will play an increasingly important role in training outstanding engineers.
