新时期企业加强资金管理的提升资金利用效率的策略研究

资金是企业运营发展的基础,面对激烈的市场竞争,企业唯有不断加强资金管理工作,提高资金利用率,降低企业资金风险,才能在市场竞争中占据主动。当前,企业资金管理工作实施中还存在诸多不足,包括融资方式单一、资金利用率低、资金监管不到位等,必须采取妥善方式加以应对。文章首先对新时期企业强化资金管理的意义进行分析,然后探讨当前企业资金管理存在的不足,最后提出进一步强化企业资金管理的有效措施。

Funds are the foundation of enterprise operation and development.In the face of fierce market competition,enterprises can only take the initiative in participating in market competition by continuously strengthening fund management,improving fund utilization rate,and reducing enterprise fund risks.At present,there are still certain shortcomings in the implementation of enterprise fund manage-ment work,including a single financing method,low fund utilization rate,and inadequate fund supervision,which must be addressed through appropriate measures.This article first analyzes the significance of strengthening enterprise fund management in the new era,then explores the shortcomings of current enterprise fund management,and finally proposes effective measures to further strengthen enterprise fund management,which are expected to be adopted.
