论新时期科研事业单位如何提升内部控制有效性

How to improve the effectiveness of internal control in scientific research institutions in the new era

作为建立内部交流协作机制的一项重要措施,内部控制管理逐渐受到越来越多企事业单位的重视。但现阶段,部分科研事业单位现有的内部控制建设工作有待完善,需要面临的问题较多,相关人员应当对此加强重视。基于此,文章先是简单概括了科研事业单位开展内部控制工作的重要性,分析了现阶段其内部控制工作尚存的问题,然后提出了对应的改进和优化策略,以期促进科研事业单位不断提升自身的内部控制工作质量。

As an important measure to establish internal communication and cooperation mechanism,internal control management has gradually received more and more attention from enterprises and institutions.However,at this stage,the existing internal control construc-tion of most scientific research institutions is not perfect enough,and they need to face more problems,and relevant personnel should pay more attention to it.Based on this,this paper first briefly summarizes the importance of internal control work in scientific research institu-tions,and analyzes the existing problems of their internal control work at this stage,and then puts forward corresponding improvement and optimization strategies to solve these problems,hoping to promote scientific research institutions to continuously improve the quality of their internal control work.
