大学体育康复保健俱乐部教学改革的困局与对策研究——以合肥师范学院为例

摘要 大学生特殊群体由于特殊的身体状况而无法正常参与体育运动,这不仅不利于该群体学生的身心健康,还可能对他们未来的社会、职业生活产生不利影响。高等院校应为特殊群体学生提供适宜的体育保健平台,使每一个学生都能够参与到体育活动中,享受到体育带来的健康与活力,以促进其健康成长。因此,在大学俱乐部教学模式下,大学体育康复保健俱乐部如何开展教学工作、需要哪些教学条件、如何进一步发展,值得探索与讨论。 The special group of college students can not participate in sports normally because of its special physical reasons,which is not only detrimental to the physical and mental health of the group of students,but also likely to have a negative impact on their future social and professional life.Colleges and universities should provide appropriate sports health platforms for the special group of students,so that every student can participate in sports activities and enjoy the health and vitality brought by sports,so as to promote their healthy growth and lay the foundation for providing useful forces for the future society.The rehabilitation health club is created under the background of the university sports club,and it is worth exploring and discussing how to teach,what teaching conditions are needed and how to further develop in the club teaching mode.
