体育锻炼参与对我国居民社会公平感的影响——基于CGSS2021数据的实证分析

Effects of Physical Exercise Participation on Chinese Residents’Sense of Social Justice-An Empirical Analysis Based on Data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey

基于2021年中国综合社会调查数据,运用多元线性回归和结构方程模型,探究体育锻炼参与对居民社会公平感的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,社会经济人口特征、身体健康水平和社会资本因素均对我国居民社会公平感具有显著正向影响;在控制其他变量后,体育锻炼参与对提高我国居民社会公平感仍具有显著影响。体育锻炼参与对社会公平感的影响具有性别差异,在我国女性居民中更为显著。体育锻炼参与在直接提高居民社会公平感的同时,也通过提高居民的身体健康水平和社会信任感间接提高其社会公平感。建议发展群众体育,增加针对女性、老年人和农村居民参加体育锻炼的激励措施,切实提高居民社会公平感。

Based on the data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey,multiple linear regression and structural equation model were used to explore the effects and mechanism of physical exercise participation on residents’sense of social justice.The results showed that socio-economic demographic characteristics,physical health and social capital factors all had significant positive effects on Chinese residents’sense of social justice.After controlling for other variables,physical exercise participation still had a significant effect on enhancing sense of social justice in residents.There was a significant difference in the effect of physical exercise participation on gender,and its effect of enhancing sense of social justice was more pronounced in female.While directly enhancing residents’sense of social justice,physical exercise also indirectly enhances the sense of social justice by improving residents’physical health and social trust.It was suggest that we should develop mass sports and increase incentives for women,older persons and rural residents to engage in physical activity in order to effectively improve the residents’sense of social justice.
