摘要
采用固定效应模型考察了体育学者合作特征对其科研绩效的影响作用,并进一步采用分组回归模型检验这一影响关系在体育4个二级学科下的差异性表现。研究发现:1)体育学学者个人以及合作者具有的社会资本都能有效提升学者的科研绩效;2)在学术合作中,持续稳定的合作关系可提升体育学者的科研绩效;3)体育学者占据结构洞位置,拥有大量非冗余合作者,可以提高其科研绩效;4)个体社会资本、稳定的合作关系和结构洞优势对运动人体科学学者科研绩效的提升效果最显著,而合作者社会资本对体育人文社会学学者的学术影响力具有最显著的促进作用。
The fixed effect model was used to investigate the influence of collaboration characteristics of sports scholars on their scientific research performance,and a subgroup regression model was further used to tested the heterogeneity across of this influence relationship in the four second-level disciplines of sport science.The key findings include:1)Social capital possessed by sports scholars and their collaborators can effectively improve their scientific research performance;2)sustained and stable collaborative relationships in academic collaborations can improve the scientific research performance of sports scholars;3)sports scholars occupy structural hole positions and have a large number of non-redundant collaborators can improve their scientific research performance;4)individual social capital,stable collaborative relationships,and structural hole advantage have the most significant effect on the improvement of scientific research performance of scholars in the field of sports kinesiology,while collaborative social capital has the most pronounced effect on promoting academic influence of scholars in the field of sports humanities and sociology.
