火炮身管烧蚀磨损状态下弹带挤进过程仿真分析

摘要 为探究火炮身管膛线不同磨损状态下弹带挤进过程中的受力及动态响应情况,基于Johnson-Cook本构关系模型建立了不同磨损状态下的身管模型,并利用有限元显式分析求解了弹炮耦合模型,得到了不同身管磨损状态下弹带受力及弹丸运动响应结果,包括挤进过程弹体速度、加速度、法向位移等运动曲线。由仿真结果可以看出:膛线不均匀磨损会导致弹丸在挤进过程中产生较大的径向位移和振动,烧蚀产生的烧蚀坑及裂缝会加剧这一现象;但轴向速度、位移变化平滑,加速度受弹底压力影响较大。 To investigate the force and dynamic response of the gun barrel rifling during the process of belt engraving under different wear states,based on the Johnson Cook Constitutive equation model,the barrel model under different wear conditions was established,and the finite element display analysis was used to solve the missile gun coupling model.The results of the force on the belt and the motion response of the projectile under different wear states of the barrel were obtained,including the motion curves of the projectile's velocity,acceleration,and normal displacement during the squeezing process.As can be seen from the simulation results:uneven wear of the rifling can cause significant radial displacement and vibration during the process of projectile engraving,and the erosion pits and cracks caused by erosion will exacerbate this phenomenon.But the axial velocity and displacement change smoothly,and the acceleration is greatly affected by the bottom pressure.
