矿用辅网机械臂回转机构的设计及有限元分析

摘要 为了解决现有的辅网机械臂由于作业区间有限和伸缩比不足,导致机械臂在采高较小时无法回收到休息区域或到达指定综采工作面的问题,设计了一款以蜗轮蜗杆机构为主体的轴承回转机构。通过SolidWorks建立回转机构所用零件和各部分机构的三维模型,在ANSYS软件中对两种危险工况下回转机构的强度进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明:该回转机构强度满足设计要求,最大应力发生在近水平抓取物料和配合挂网工况,位于摆动臂旋转盘螺钉孔处。研究结果为矿用辅网机械臂的轻量化设计与进一步改进提供了方向。 In order to solve the problem that the existing auxiliary network manipulator can not recover to the rest area or reach the designated fully mechanized mining face because of the limited operating area and insufficient ratio of expansion and contraction,a bearing rotary mechanism with worm gear and worm mechanism as the main body is designed.The three-dimensional models of the parts and parts of the rotary mechanism are established by SolidWorks,and the strength of the rotary mechanism under two dangerous working conditions is analyzed by finite element method in ANSYS software.The analysis results show that the strength of the rotary mechanism meets the design requirements,and the maximum stress occurs near the horizontal grasping of the material and the working condition of hanging the net,which is located at the screw hole of the rotary disc of the swinging arm.The research results provide a direction for lightweight design and further improvement of mine auxiliary network manipulator.
