电传动重型轨道车柴油发电机组公共底架设计

摘要 柴油发电机组作为电传动重型轨道车的动力来源,其稳定性对整车的行驶品质有着至关重要的作用。由于公共底架承载整个柴油发电机组,又受到车内空间限制及整车布置的要求,因此合理的结构形式对柴油发电机组的稳定性和可靠性是非常重要的。以某重型轨道车柴油发电机组公共底架为研究对象,对其设计分析过程进行了介绍,并对其进行了可靠性验证,以满足实际运用要求。 As the power source of the electric drive heavy rail motor car,the stability of the diesel generator set plays a vital role in the driving quality of the whole vehicle.Because the common underframe carries the entire diesel generator set and is subject to the space constraints in the vehicle and the requirements of the vehicle layout,the reasonable structure has a great impact on the stability and reliability of the diesel generator set.This paper takes the common underframe of a heavy rail motor car diesel generator set as the research object,introduces its design and analysis process,and calculates its reliability to show that it meets the practical application requirements.
