摘要
国内现有数据线前端铁壳屏蔽罩的装配一般采取一字型流水装配线的生产模式,装配时存在自动化程度低、产品装配质量不稳定、良品率低、生产效率低、生产成本高等技术缺陷与不足。为此,根据装配工艺,基于以动作单元为对象的自动化设备导入以及以少人化作业为主体的转盘式生产模式进行自动装配机整体方案设计、总体布局设计、机械系统主要部件的结构设计,并研制成功一种数据线铁壳屏蔽罩自动装配机。实践应用结果表明:该机操作简单、调整方便、自动化程度高,提高了生产效率和良品率,人工成本降低至之前的1/7。
It generally adopts straight assembly line for assembling the iron shield at the front of the data line in domestic now.There are technical defects and deficiencies such as the low degree of automation,unstable product assembly quality,low yield rate,low production efficiency and the high cost of production during assembly.In order to solve these problems,the writer designed an automatic assembly machine of iron shield of the data line.For this reason,an automatic assembly machine for iron shielding cover of data line is developed.According to the assembly process,based on the introduction of automatic equipment with the action unit as the object and the turntable production mode with fewer people as the main body,the overall scheme design of the automatic assembly machine,the overall layout design and the structure design of the main parts of the mechanical system are carried out.The practical application results show that the machine has the advantages of simple operation,convenient adjustment,high degree of automation,improved production efficiency and good product rate,and the labor cost is reduced to 1/7 of the previous.
