摘要
为提升EJM270/4-2(E)掘锚一体机在斜沟煤矿的作业效率,设计了适合该机型的电机智能保护装置。重点分析了以DSP、ARM双处理器为核心的保护装置的硬件、软件设计方案并完成了试验分析。分析结果表明:设计的掘锚一体机电机智能保护装置满足设计要求,能够实时、准确地触发保护动作,为掘锚一体机高效、安全、稳定运行奠定了基础。
In order to improve the working efficiency of EJM270/4-2(E)bolter-miner in inclined ditch coal mine,an intelligent motor protection device suitable for EJM270/4-2(E)is designed.The hardware and software design scheme of the protection device with DSP and ARM dual processor as the core is analyzed and the test analysis is completed.The analysis results show that the designed intelligent protection device can meet the design requirements,trigger the protection action in real time and accurately,and lay a foundation for the efficient,safe and stable operation of the bolter-miner.
